Manchester United has reportedly added West Ham striker Javier Hernandez and Leicester marksman Jamie Vardy to their transfer wish list.
English news outlet The Telegraph has claimed that the English giants have now included Chicharito and Vardy as contingencies incase the club loses the race to acquire Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez to league leaders Manchester City or Chelsea.
United boss Jose Mourinho is admittedly in the market for another goalgetter to replace crocked veteran Zlatan Ibrahimovic since the tactician is wary that the contributions of backups Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford may not be enough to put them at par with their peers.
Hernandez is at the moment considered the favourite of the two should United abandon their interest in Sanchez since Hammers boss David Moyes has hinted that the club is open to listening to offers for the Mexican. Red Devils fans have also welcomed the idea of the 29-year-old’s return to Old Trafford.
